Not Popular Upgrades/Extras For Your Twink

I've been trying to think of some uncommon items, gear or enchantments that are uncommon but fun to play around with.

For instance, I'm working on getting the Sea Turtle mount out of Northrend fishing for my 19.

I was looking into getting the arcanum helm enchantment before I realized they changed the requirements on it.

Anyone else have anything random, fun or helpful they think is good to have on a twink?

I was just looking at that myself - along with the title. I've been throughout Northrend some recently on my own. Surprisingly, I can outrun a decent amount of mobs with the minor speed increase on boots.

Sea turtle requires level 20 up until Cata or MoP.

Kirin Tor Familiar from Higher Learning achievement is another nice vanity item to have on a twink.
