There's a couple vanity items that you can get from northrend but only thing that maybe of note if you aren't interested in achievements is like IAT said the ring which isn't even possible to get atm

It seems as patch 5.1, Horde can no longer access Dalaran because it will be considered an Alliance city.

Yeah, I've read about that. My guess it's that it will be some phasing thing for level 90s and it won't affect low levels (both Horde and Alliance still need to level up in Northrend).

if it does become a phasing thing than dall would be the ideal twink hangout since the only ppl that are there are the ocational 90's
