noob question about allied races

Don't know where else to ask this. What is the fastest allied race for both horde/alliance to unlock? I may need to reroll for 20 twinking purposes and i'm just going to commit to getting this done.Plenty of youtube clips promising 'fast' ways of unlocking but no mention of which one is the fastest.

I never played BFA high level etc. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Highmountain Tauren and Vulpera were the easiest for me to get. I had significant progress on each of the achievements already do it made going for these 2 races a no brainer. I wish I would've done Mag'har Orc though

Since you didn't play BfA, you may not have a level 50 char. If you only have 45s, you can still unlock: Void Elves, LFDraenei, Highmountain, Nightborne.
VE were really easy. I didn't have any Alliance-side Legion Achievements, yet I only needed to do the VE opener.
[doublepost=1629913090,1629912536][/doublepost]Related: On Icy Veins, the PvP advisors generally don't like the Allied Races. The only broadly-popular choice is Void Elves, and to a lesser extent Dark Iron and Vulpera. Other Allied races seemed relegated to one or two classes/specs, if at all. I realize they're focused on Arena/End game.
Vulpera appear regularly in the Armory here, but I don't recall seeing many Void elves.
Opinions?

as a general rule I ignore icy veins for any twinking insights. Reason being, as you stated, they're only really looking at end game.

For instance vulp is probably not really looked at for 60 because I can't imagine their damage vial hits all that hard. But it pumps at 20 given how over statted we are and how well it scales with that. Same with DID racial. Can't imagine it's that valuable at 60 but it's huge at 20.

The same also goes for their stat weights. The make those assuming you and your enemy have full toolkits and your DMG/healthpools are balanced. That's not the case at 20 and certain secondaries scale poorly down here. So those stat priorities may not translate.

Iron Dwarf / Mag’har orc: just need to do the quest grind and complete achievements in order to unlock them.

I thought for VE you needed friendly with all legion factions(well, the ones in each zone) I didn't play BFA, Legion, Wod, or MOP. I actually made a 50 twink(sort of - but its DEFINITELY made this grind much faster) but realize 50 twinking basically got ruined by the fact that people can swap characters between BFA and SL accounts from the looks of it. (Not sure how to explain how else i just got three shot by a SP in 1v1 and they had 5k life on me on as a DH) I've unlocked dark iron, aiming for kul tiran since its an easy follow up. But i don't have any legion rep other than on 20 twinks so VE might be out of reach unless its as easy as you say.

I have a horde DK at 45, so might be able to push the other races. The reason why i was hoping to get them was for rerolling but in the last hour or two i realized i was wrong about something and may not need to do it at all. Still wouldn't mind it for new twinks though.

Thanks. I didn't think about their stat weights also being biased. Luckily, I just follow what I see on the 20s Armory here for stats...gemming/chanting....and talents. They also talk about synergies with covenants, which affects their choices.

At what level would you think those Icy Veins stat weights start to be valid? 40s?

You're right about the rep. I played through Legion and BfA w/o BfA, so built up several hundred of those BoA class hall rep tokens, stored on various mules. I can take a fresh 39 from Zero to Exalted in all B-Isles/Argus factions in 10 min of clicking, most of that waiting for the cooldown. I can do that for a dozen chars. Since you didn't play through those expansions, you wouldn't have that, but moving forward, keep those class hall token missions running in the background.
