One move doesn't make Ele WAY MORE USEFUL than Enh. Being a somewhat active Enh shammy I can say with confidence that Enh is at worst an annoyance to priests and at best a bane to priests (and this is w/o BiS). Purge on O is nasty. That priest, hpally combination holding the flag suddenly becomes moot when I'm in the priest's face about to smash his teeth in and bursting the bubbles he's throwing up around the pally.

Robes of Arugal and Serpentis' Gloves nets more stam, spirit and crit at the expense of 10 armor.

go with wild rider's gloves
don't use satchel cape. use spidersilk.
and get lavishly jeweled ring instead of warsong ring, and use stillwater's signet instead of argas.
get the crit bracers instead of the hit bracers, and use merger boots.

ok so you're still missing 3 hit.
basically you can go with lavishly jeweled ring + 3 crit bracers and get merger boots
OR you can go with an argas ring and get conspirator slippers, and choose the 3 hit bracers from the merger boot quest
the difference is really small and most people would say the crit is better than the stam but it's up to you

No biggie lol.
The argas ring is better than garrosh but it wouldn't hurt to have both. You can spec into elemental precision which adds 33% of your spirit as spell hit rating. This could give you more options on the belt and the cloak.
