Non-BoA frost mage

Going to reroll a frost mage, and was looking for some advice on gear and enchants, this is what i've done so far

There really is no excuse to not have BoAs... but if this is something like a personal challenge or a bet or something of that sort, then that chardev looks about as perfect as one can be without BoAs

theres some 5 stam 4 int shoulders from an alliance quest, they should be better than feline mantle



swap out suppresors wand with firebelcher since ur alrdy hitcapped



im guessing this is some kinda support or kiting build

Well, just for the record I have given up the idea of non-BoA...

Bust just out of curiousity, isn't it important beeing hit capped as frost mage?.. and wouldn't I loss the cap without ellos?
