I have gotten my hands on one of these elusive items. I have 3 twinks with whom this item may or may not be useful for and I am trying to decide which one to use the robe on. I also have BOA cloth in use as well. I have a priest, lock, ele shaman with whom I am considering using the robe on but I am wondering which would it be most beneficial if at all and if I should just use it on my main twink. I main a priest and I play that more than anything but crit doesn't really seem like a primary stat on a 16 twink priest. Ele shamans and Lock's both need crit but I don't play them very much. HELP :)
 
using it on a 16 ele for sure is the best way to put it to viable use. second best would be your lock, but no other class is actually hugely worth using it on at 16 in comparison to ele. 16 ele will best utilize that robe. all other 16 caster classes are already too fragile or already not even durable enough at 19 with more spells and losing hp and skills turns them into even worse classes.
 
Thanks. I think I will use it on my Ele. I don't have many issues with being undermanned on a 16 unless it's in arena where nothing scales. My Priest has almost 1700 health in my Spell Power set and he gets over 230 SP with normal buffs so he does ok but I don't really see a need to put it on him unless it was for nostalgia. My Ele could probably even use it if I leveled him to 19. +7 crit seems to be a good thing for an ELE as you have stated. My little guy is still unfinished but he is getting close. Noble's Robe gives the best scaling at 15 (6 int 6 stam 9 crit), after that its not that great, I think at 16 its either 6/6/8 or 5/5/8 I forget. Personally I think it would work best on a 15 priest along with Walking Boots (7/7 at 15). But I guess you already used it

Yeah, I put it on my 16 ELE for my max crit set. Now I just need to get my little guy a pair of walking boots.

I wasn't sure what it scaled to so thanks for the info. Hopefully it scales to 6/6/8 but if not 7 crit is still good. I like the BOA chest on my priest because even though its less crit it scales nicely at 16. Thanks for the info. I have a pair of walking boots I just don't know how I am going to get them to my shaman from ally side and a different server. :(
