No twinks on Draenor [EU]

Hello, as i understand it from the forum there is a alot of twinks on Draenor. I do know the guild Emerald twink which got about 450 twinks.



Now to my problem: It take years for me to join (Solo) a WSG or an arena on the server, is the reason that they are full of premades or just low populated of twinks?

It shouldnt take you long to join a BG in semi peak or peak times. Generally from mid afternoon till late evening there is at least one BG going, and often more in super peak hours.
