No scaling at all in BGs now?

So the template was removed, but is there any stat scaling as in a level 60 being bumped to level 69 stats? Or is everything the exact same as outside BGs now?

Wait what, we scale. There's not a template but as a 20 entering BG I'm now 29. My secondaries take a hit, since it requires more rating to equal the same % but my health goes up and no hit issues.

The HP per point of stam seems to go up with level, that might be why health increases. I was getting 9 HP from one stam at 19 and 12ish per point at 39 on PTR.

Even with the loss of templates I don't really see that big of a difference. It seems like all classes perform fairly the same across the board, with the exception of Arcane/MM/Bal being seemingly top dogs. But that's what I'm seeing at 20-29.

Ye dont really feel that much like a new expansion most spells are the same
