US no longer getting junk wf, anyone else?

Anyone no longer receiving even the +5 version of WF stuff? I have opened nearly 60 boxes between 2 19s in the last half (have been saving up). Haven't gotten a single +5. Can anyone at least confirm you've received a +5 in the last couple hours?

I just got the ilvl 34 wrists on my rogue and 5 minutes later an ilvl 29 dagger... That was an hour ago

To be honest I found out that opening too many boxes at the same time is somehow lowering my chance for a WF I open them in series of 5-6 and usually got a good ilvl34 6/8 now.

I could swear that the upgrade chance was lowered yesterday. I farmed for about 14 hours. Got not a single +10, and only about 3 +5.

I don't discount rng, but I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a change I wasn't aware of. Opening 60+ boxes straight without ANY upgrade just made me want to double check and ask.
