No BoA chest for HoPo(plate)

i am a consistent altoholic, and when i was going to start my new HoPo, i looked the BoA's up, and all there is is Pristine Lightforge Spaulders - Item - World of Warcraft , & the closest thing is Mystical Vest of Elements - Item - World of Warcraft Is there a reason for this???, or am i missing something.

I guess blizz didn't think paladins would level holy? Just take Mystical vest if your gearing a holy pally
