Question about eyepatch for boomy druid

Would using the eye patch as a balance drood be viable, you you can use the jp boa staff, instead of the pvp one, because the eye patch has the hit, that the jp staff does not. It is only 4 stam less than lfh also. Maybe I am wrong but am trying to clear this up.

This is the setup Insects and I use when playing alliance Balance druid. Your other option is LFH, Drakewing Bands, and Lavishly Jeweled Ring

Not really sure on the math, but I'd guess the eyepatch comes out ahead

Of the top of my head it comes to a 3 int advantage for the eyepatch.
