Didin't they say in the stream that the demon hunter is going to start in a high lvl to avoid lvling in old zones? = Will most likely be able to play it from 100, wouldn't surprise me at all. I would scratch 70,80,85 at least

This is how I took it as well.

I'm more curious about the PvP system.

They likely won't start them at level 55. I'd wager that they will likely start at level 100, since they said they want them to be able to jump right into the Legions pre quests without having to spend time leveling.

Hero class does not = level 55, they would not make us do 7 year old content

I can't see them starting past 70. Especially with glaives and a raid with their names written all over it. As well as quality questing content from lich king and past. But I wouldn't doubt it if they offered free 100 boosts for pre orders

Wrath / BC / Cata / MoP questing is not up to scratch with their current questing model, they would not make us quest in 7 year old content. He said in the announcement that after escaping the earth wardens demon hunters go to the broken isles, which means level 100.

Yea. But I highly doubt that Blizzard is going to give us "low level players" anything decent xD

It's really so soon to tell but honestly it could add a sense of progression to the average PuG which is something 19s has never really had short of getting better at premading/wargaming and initial gearing which is easy now.

On the other hand if level 19s start getting spells based on this stuff it could have some interesting effects, potentially create greater faction imbalance, especially in this bracket.

We'll see, i'm very excited and optimistic, I think it will be awesome. This in combination with mercenary mode, I think things are boding well for Low level PvP in Legion.

I'm sorry to say this and be a buzzkill, but i have solid information that confirms that Demon Hunters will be starting at ATLEAST level 95 and a maximum of 100. A very good friend of mine is like "best" friends with someone in blizzard.
