New to twinking

I have never twinked before in my life but looking at some ways to enjoy the game differently i fell upon giving twinking a go, however i have no clue where to start I know i want to play melle so which mellle is the better one to play?

also do i have to create a new F2P account in order to twink ?

Welcome to the twink club!

So, u don’t need to start a F2P account if ur prepared to allow ur subscription to expire. U can play level 20’s while unsub’d.

Though if u want to try the F2P lifestyle, a new Starter Account is a good option, that way ur main account can keep its sub.

If u link ur F2P account, u will get all ur mogs and toys from ur main account.

Warbanks make the F2P lifestyle a lot easier now. U can have profession alts that take care of gems, chants etc.

You don't even need to let your subscription run out in order to twink. Just go visit Behsten or Slahtz when you reach the level you want, turn off XP, and you're practically indistinguishable from a veteran account. Then just keep playing the character without leveling.

First thing I would do is pick what you want to do.
PVE? 10s, 20s, 30s seem to be the sweet spot for those
PVP? 20s run wargames but that's really the only fun pvp there is in my opinion currently because it's balanced by the group running them.

If you're into classic, Era 19s are a thing as well with WSG pops happening most nights.

I don't think Cata tinks are super alive anymore?
