how do people get arena ratings? Do you just do arenas and its counted or how do they work at low levels? Also what's the most active bracket?

20-29 is probably the most active on US but the quality of arenas and BGs is pretty bad so then you have 19s which are also active and have slightly more competitive pugs and arenas. As for arenas although i have limited knowledge, my understanding is that there is a hidden mmr that cannot be viewed in game and therefore you have a hidden rating. This rating can be viewed here https://xpoff.com/wow-ladder/ All you have to do is add your character to the websites collection and it will pull your wins/losses and your rating will be visible along with the other twinks in the database.
