Copied from the Screams of the Past classic information section. Please note, in Screams we only allow classic enchants and no glyphs. This set also applies to combat, but in pvp it wouldn't matter and i actually recommend using this set for the improved evis damage, and of course switch out a trinket for the pvp one.
Here is the original thread, made by me.
Screams of the Past - Login
Combat
The format I use is
Slot - item - enchant
Helm - Deathdealer's Helm - At the current time their is no enchant you can get.
Neck - Prestor's Talisman of Connivery
Shoulders - Deathdealer's Spaulders - No current enchant for this either.
Cloak - Cloak of the Fallen God - Stealth, 8 Agility and 8 Dodge
Chest - Deathdealer's Vest - +4 stats
Bracers - Bloodfang Bracers - +9 strength
Gloves - Gloves of Enforcement - +15 agility
Belt - Belt of Never-ending Agony
Pants - Deathdealer's Leggings - +8 stamina is the only current enchant you can get
Boots - Deathdealer's Boots - +7 agility
Ring #1 - Band of Veiled Shadows or Master Dragonslayer's Ring It's up to you whether you want extra hit, or extra crit. Personally I use the band for Crit
Ring #2 - Circle of Applied Force
Trinket #1 - Jom Gabbar
Trinket #2 - Drake Fang Talisman
As mentioned before trinkets are rather hard to get at this level, as they are usually always in demand, and often require a ton of dkp to get. A good alternative to use is Hand of Justice and Toy Windmill.
Mainhand weapon - Chromatically Tempered Sword or Ancient Qiraji Ripper - Crusader, with Wound poison
After testing both weapons on dummies and in raids, they both seem to dish out pretty equal dps. The ripper has a higher top end damage, but CTS offers more AP to balance themselves out. Crusader also gives combat rogues 130 AP, instead of the normal 100 from our talent Vitality.
Offhand Weapon - Death's Sting - +15 agility or Crusader, with Deadly poison. I personally use +15 agility on all my daggers, just so I don't have to go re-enchant it when I use it for assassination. You want anything in your offhand that has a good damage range, and is slower than 1.8 speed. You need a fast offhand for the talent Combat Potency.
Gun - Larvae of the Great Worm or Huhuran's Stinger Guns are something that I don't take unless no hunters bid on it. It's almost like if a hunter took death's sting from us because it gave a ton of AP. To each his own.
