Well it depends on what role (Fc, Dps, Healer, CC, etc) you'd like to play. Tell us that and we can try to point you in the right direction from there.

How much of a challenge do you want? Do you want a class with a higher skill cap or lower? Horde or Alliance?

im thinking FC.. and possibly healer

Welcome to TI! If you want the ability to change between being a dedicated FC and healer, you could start with a holy paladin or restoration druid and see how you like it. If you want more of a challenge, I'd recommend you try out a restoration shaman. It's not as popular or overpowered as the first two options, but has just as much potential in my opinion.
