US New to 19's (& twinks in general) run me down Cx

hey everyone,
im zach, pretty new to twinking just wanna try find out as much as i can for 19's as i can that have relevancey to 7.1 patch of legion cause most of the twink items for legion were obatianable in prepatch as far as i know there now no longer obtainable, anything think i should know tips or guides/builds would be appreicated (currently leveling a survival hunter for 19's dont know how its gnna go...

No. at level 19, the BoA is 24 ilvl while the flower is 70.

Its a very weird time to start twinking, blizzard made the pvp system weird.

The gearing is pretty simple currently but 19s are kinda bleh at the moment. Low on activity due to most twinks playing their endgame toon and the other people in the bracket are just playing op priests.

20-29 for sure.
Since xp on and xp merged PLUS the fact we queue with free to play accounts, which there is a lot of.
I get bg queues popping between 3-6 minutes at any time

If you plan on making a 29 or even a 20, make sure you check what your class gets at them levels.

Thats why my 29s are druid and lock but my shaman is 20. I feel as if I have everything i need at 20 as a shaman, but at a disadvantage as a destro lock + balance druid.

Gearing in that bracket is basically the same too. Highest iLvl you can get is usually from lucky rare upgrades through bg crates, some engineering for trinks/cape somtimes belt (and mining helment if you're a hunter or sham) and boas as fillers and you're good to go.

Let me also add in the perks of 20s vs 29s

As a 20, your membership can run out and still be playable, while anything over said level can not. You'll have restrictions, but be playable. Im also pretty sure you have better scaling outside of bgs.
But as a 29, you get more abilities and better gear.
But either way in bgs everyone scales almost the same.

I feel as that is as close to accurate as its gonna get. You'll enjoy the bracket more with a class you like to play, but if you feel like using this tier list, go ahead.

I usually don't premade. I just go solo.
However your best bet is to join an active guild and make friends to queue with.

youll meet plenty of new ppl who will do some premades with you. not being in an active twink guild is fine, just make friends w fellow twinks you see in bgs
