New Rogue Question

Hello Every1,



I have a simple, well I hope it is, question. I just put together as many items as I could to try the 19 twink role. But upon looking at other 19 rogue twinks, I feel that I am lacking a lot. I know that I need some armor for the head, but I am not much of a fisherman or an engineer :( .



With what gear I have, I am thinking that I should just hold off and try the 29 level instead, because this might allow me to have a better chance of getting the needed gear. On to my question, Do I have a chance with what I have now, or should I try for the 29 :confused:.

Honestly.



Do your research and start from scratch. Or wait til XP gains are able to be turned off.



What you have there isn't a twink. It's a leveling toon with a few enchants.
 
Not to be mean but my eyes are bleeding because you called yourself a twink.



I will list all the gear your missing, and I'll tell you after about the 29 Bracket:



Eng / Fishing Hat

Warsong Neck (Costs 20 WSG Marks)

Serpent's Shoulders (First Boss in WC)

Sentry Cloak (AH)

Get 4 Stats To chest (Enchant)

GEt Forest Bracers with 9 Stam

Get 15agil to gloves

Legging of the Fang

Footpad of the Fang

WSG Ring + Seal of Wrymn

You have a good main hand weapon but a terrible offhand. Get Theifs Blade, thats probably that easiest to get.



In the 29 bracket, rogues are the same really, nothing changes exept they get poisons. You WILL need to level engineering for the 29 bracket too. But let me tell you, if you want to make a twink, you can't go half-assed. You can't only spend 100g and ask yourself why your doing so poorly. You have to make a big investment.

I suggest you to try 29 :) more fun + few BC-enchantable items + mount at 3.2 patch. BG queues at 29 > 19 imo though.
 
If you really want to go 19... I think it's best you look at some good 19 rogues first and ask them. Of course you can always ask me but it's best you ask different people to get a broad view.

I might be complete trash but I've at least some knowledge. =P
 
Just finished my 19 rogue in the guild <Twink Info> so I know a bit about rogues, what you have is as stated before not a twink, next time do a bit more research before making a "Twink".



Sorry if that seems harsh, but its the truth.
