It's not from any statistics that you can view in game. It's from Blizzard API's. From here https://dev.battle.net/
You need to have a website and make a application for the right use that 'hidden' data.
But it cant read my whole statistics like before the toons were put on the list?
I have like 1.500 2s but in the list are just 140 games shown.
(PS: thx whoever added me)
There is no skill in this bracket atm, it's only about how much you play. If the bracket had been something like 39s it had been better. It's not hard to get "high" rating since u keep facing both f2p and vets all the time in arenas. If it were to disregard all those players and all the double BM/feral comps it might had been better. Nice initiative tho.
"Skill" = aquired knowledge
So yes, there is "skill" at mashin' buttons in any bracket in WoW if you want to call it that. It is just a matter of muscle memory and lots and lots of practice. It really is not that difficult to figure out people.
You all just think "skill" is some grand and special thing. It is not. Hell, we have bots that play WoW. Does that take "skill"?

No I'm not, but you're posting some pretty dumb stuff as well. For example:If you are referring to me
But is not without it's flaws. And those flaws have been addressed in the numerous other threads that have come up concerning this record tracking website.
Lol whats wrong with these ppl calling themselves top world and rank 1 US when they fill every single blank? Im pretty sure you included your guild too just to show how bad you are in the whole bracket. Because personally I cant see trial and the other retard from 70 being rank 1 world or whatever u call it lol its just funny
That's just your opinion, man.
That's just your opinion, man.
Actually, definition of a term is not an opinion, when it is presented as fact.
Just as it is a fact that many people here on TI don't know the difference between "skill" and "talent". Even though I have given them definitions and examples of both.
I am trying really hard to put this in very simple words for people.
Skill - aquired knowledge or learned power from experience. An example would be cooking. Poker also requires "skill" and luck.
Talent - natural endowments. Creative... Artistic... Athletic... Example would be that Mozart was playing the piano as a toddler and composing music before he was five. Now, THAT is talent at mashin' keys!
WoW is just like any other video game. Or most other endeavors for that fact. The more you play it, the better you will be at it. You know, practice makes perfect. Or or as some on TI like to refer to it lovingly, "skill". Or aquired knowledge through practice and experience. Whatever you call it, WoW does need it. It is just not what you think it is. Hate to break it to you all.

Your psuedo-intellectualism is pretty annoying and out of place.Your point???
I actually used poker as an example. Keep on keepin on!!
Feel free to link Wikipedia's "skill" or you all can just quote it's first sentence and compare it to my definition and see how they compare.

Your psuedo-intellectualism is pretty annoying and out of place.
Skill is widely used to describe whether or not someone is good at something. Commonly listed synonyms include, but are not limited to: competent, able, proficient, capable, etc.
I think you should try to add some more buzzwords in the wrong contexts. That'll make people want to agree with you more. However, in the context of the "Does WoW take skill?" question that has been posed several times. "Skill", as I just stated above, is not some grandiose talent. It is an aquired trait. I have repeatedly given examples of the differences. In fact, some one even cited one of my examples.
Perhaps it is your pseudo-intellectualism that is unable to figure that out. Or perhaps it is your Oedipal Complex starting to finally rear its ugly head.
Ever back to topic...
This "rating" site will only get "better" as more and more people become aware of it and actually use it since characters have to be manually entered. Only time can tell how long it will last as we have had several other similar sites pop up over the years.

And you have completely ignored what I just said, and just parroted your previous posts instead.
What most people mean when they say ''WoW doesn't take skill'' is that you don't have to be good to win. And they are right. You can beat vastly superior players by simply playing an OP comp.
And the reason I think it doesn't matter at all for the rating system is because that's how rating has -always- been. FotM at the top. Why would it suddenly matter more when it's skirmish ratings?
What "buzzwords" would those be that I used?
Possibly ones like "parroted" or maybe "FoTM" or maybe even "OP comp"or what was it again "pseudo-intellectualism". Wait a second, you used those words. Kek...
Actually, the question here on TI of "WoW doesn't take skill" has not been raised, my friend. It is quite the opposite. "Does WoW take skill" has been posed more than once. Quite recently too, I might add. As a matter of fact it is being discussed at length.
Always is an absolute word. You probably should not use always. It could get you in to trouble.
Ever back on topic...
The linked site does not just track skirmishes.

You could try asking Healium personally. Have you tried using the search function at the top of the page as well? Sometimes characters don't show up at first but they can be found through searching.wish i could see some of my 19s and whatnot where they would rightfully be, and some of my 29s for arena.... but they arent popping up at all, even after registering them manually & some saying already been registered but o well but this seemed cooll but obv isnt perfect
its fine i was able to get my 70 mage to pop up, but alt code chars arent working at all for me. weirdYou could try asking Healium personally. Have you tried using the search function at the top of the page as well? Sometimes characters don't show up at first but they can be found through searching.
