New Queue Times?

Looks like our big happy battlegroup has been split between East and West. I'm expecting West to have alright queue times thanks to Whitemane and other big servers but it's not looking good for East (currently no Gulches). Anyone getting games today?
 
Curious how it shapes up after some nights of data.
 
Luckily I randomly picked a PST server even tho I'm EST, but if Blizz somehow manages to kill twinking in even CLASSIC it'll somehow be a new low for even them

Actually getting <5 min Horde queue right now on East with three Gulches going. Very surprised, hope it keeps up.
 
I had one bad Q time which was about 4 PST and it was 45 mins long. Outside of that, all 4 other BG's i q'd for were sub 10 min wait.
 
Eastern gonna die first, far fewer alli twinks and more horde.
Watch it slow down more when AB halves the queueing pop again as half of people queue for AB and it pops 10v15 ABs.

No, my mistake was forgetting how out of touch modern blizz is.
And belief that they wouldn't drop this on us with one days notice.

I think you posted this before the change had gone live. What's your queues like now?

I agree about the lack of alliance twinks but US east now has 22 realms (latin + brazil are now linked) and US West still only has 15 realms. But you're probably right, twinking might be screwed now. Especially when those 6 v 15 AB's start popping.

Honestly I might just respec my 60 rogue for pvp and play 60 BGs.

That short q was actually after the change. But it didn't last, was above 15 min all last night and this morning there isn't even one Gulch up again.

The queue was random all day for me. 3 min to 30 min queues. Majority of the matches were not 10v10. Now at 2am cst most of the east is sleeping so waiting 25+ minutes to 10v5 was not worth the wait.

Noticed a few familiar faces but upsetting to not see you West side guys. About to head over to show my support on the forum.
 
Yesterday morning, que times were pretty normal (East Coast Horde), some games faster (under 5 mins), some longer ques, 15-20 mins, 2-3 WSGs up most of the morning/early afternoon. I just logged on, average que time for WSG: 1 hr 25 mins, 1 WSG currently being played. AB: 59 mins, none being played
 
Exactly my experience here in East as well. What's going on over on the westside, getting steady games still?
 
Prior to ABs release, peak hour Q times (WC) were on par with just the coastal split. However, once AB went live, Wrsng Q times definitely spiked. I can only imagine that Q times for AB will increase and Wrsng decrease as the initial interest in AB cools off. Overall, I think Q times will increase across the board due to the coastal split and now two Bags competing for players. Time will tell.

Games are great peak times, haven't played much during off times. Seems slower.
