I'm a bit lazy, so can anyone tell me of these differ a lot from the previous stat templates?

Nice find!. Looks interesting. I've used this too help determine what i want to play and what not as this does have an effect on certain classes in pvp. Looks like resto shamans got quite a buff!

I think it applies to all brackets 'cause I can see the affliction changes on my twink in the 90-99 bracket.

If not, all the specs with low mastery weighting will just have flat out more stats than other specs.

I tested Mastery on my 10 BM Hunter (where Mastery should increase my Pet's Damage output considerably) a bit before 7.0 and found no matter how much Mastery I stacked my Pet did the exact same Damage numbers. Now, that might've changed since 7.0 because so many pcs now have Mastery on them, even at Lower Levels (like the Invasion Gear for Level 10's as example).

All specs have a pool of stats that is distributed across all the different stats. Some specs get a larger portion of their stats poured into haste, while some get more crit. Some specs have a significant portion of their stats poured into mastery (which doesn't unlock until 78). What I'm asking is: are those specs gimped before level 78? Or do the stats that would've been used on mastery get redistributed into other stats?

For example - If you look at resto shamans, they get a huge amount of mastery compared to many other specs. And their other stats are taking a hit as a result. Is this accounted for before level 78, or do specs with lesser mastery weighting simply have more stats before 78?

That's actually less than other casters who have 155%
Accordingly, all caster classes have a primary stat multiplier of 1.55 in PvP. This represents a 55% increase in Intellect for these specs.
 
The 80% mana regen reduction made a huge difference for resto shamans. I was quaffing mana pots like candy last night.
