World of Warcraft Client Patch 3.1.3





Druid (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)



* Improved Barkskin: This talent now also grants 80/160% additional armor while in Travel Form or not shapeshifted.

* Improved Tree of Life: The armor bonus to Tree of Life Form from this talent has been reduced to 67/133/200% bonus armor.





Hunter (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)



* Hunter's Mark: The ranged attack power bonus from this ability has been increased from 300 to 500. (Maybe 19 version will gain ap?)

* Master Marksman: This talent now also decreases the cost of Aimed Shot and Chimera Shot by 5/10/15/20/25%.





Paladin (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)



* Eye For An Eye: This talent now deals 5/10% of the critical strike damage taken by the paladin back at the attacker.

* Hand of Freedom: The base duration of this buff has been reduced from 10 seconds to 6 seconds.





Rogue (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)



* Overkill: Talent redesigned. Now increases energy regeneration by 30% while stealthed, and for 20 seconds after breaking stealth.





Warlock (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)



* Chaos Bolt: This spell no longer ignores damage reduction effects of the target.





Warrior (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)



* Blood Frenzy: This talent now provides 5/10% haste instead of 3/6%.

* Bloodthirst: Cooldown reduced from 5 seconds to 4 seconds, and rage cost reduced from 30 rage to 20 rage.

* Juggernaut: This talent now also increases the cooldown on Charge by 5 seconds.



Paladins were already hit with tons of nerfs. This sealed their doom. I don't remember the last time I played my paladin. :(

They do not need this.



As far as pals, I'd say that's a little much, 8 seconds would be a little better.
 
Hate to see that HoF change.. wasn't happy the 1st time it got the nerf bat. Can't help but look at this in my eyes as a closet huntard buff since my pali is who I drag out when they start to get under my skin :(
 
Not cool. But in reality, there's plenty of ways to overcome this. Double-stacking pallies in premades on D for one. And just being smarter about when you pop HoF to begin with. Not to mention, HoF was always just two seconds too short to withstand a full concussive shot cooldown. The 4 seconds taken off here were mostly never used anyway.



Nerf, yes. But not too big of a deal.

My pala started off as the strongest on the field, almost immortal. I even gained a few nice attacks and spells. Think that was the top of the mountain.

Since then i fell downhill. Nerf over nerf over nerf...



Pally's still can contribute to groups, but when i stand alone, im easy killable now..

But the good thing is: We are nerfe so hard in latest few patches that one day soon we will gonna get buffed! Always has been this way imo.



I can easily live with the freedom nerf. Not that bad at all, those 4 secs difference are just a minor inconvenience:D



And i still think FC Palas> FC Druids

Lol paladins have always been nerfed up until 3.0 imo. Then when blizz actually made them a fairly buffed class to balance out with the rest of the classes people whined about how they're not such an easy free hk anymore, so it's been nerf after nerf after nerf ever since then. I'm getting a little sick of it... That eye for an eye nerf is bullshit. I couldn't care less about HoF it already took a nerf stick and so did guardian's favor. Oh they'll toss a buff at us again, but then people will whine and it will get nerfed even more than it was in the first place...

i don't see how you're going to get buffed while claiming you're still the best FCs. this is stacked on top of the fact that retadins in higher brackets are an incredible DPS class.



in my opinion, this will make 19 druid FCs the best, and it will make paladins balanced, not weaker than other classes. perhaps at 19 they might be weaker but at 29+ they won't be.
 
I think what people are forgetting is when Blizzard does these nerfs, Id say 90% of the time its to balance 80's PVP. I know they look at our bracket, but they dont make game changing decisions to balance the 19 pvp bracket. Paladins have gotten nerf after nerf because for the longest time they were at the top of the food chain. Look at being able to fight in a bubble and not being able to take any damage while your doing it for instance.
 
IMO in premades druids have always been the best FCs, besides maybe when there was a 4 sec window when Blessing of Freedom couldn't be up and you could scroll stack for trash buffs to hurt dispellers. Since that's been gone, it's been Downhill, and Druids are good because you can powershift from Bear to Bear in a GCD and remove all snares, which makes a kiting defense so much easier when BOF isn't up, which is pretty often now (and getting worse! yay)

You have to go up to the "Quick Links" button towards the top of the page click that to get the drop down menu, then click on the "User Control Panel" option. Once in there, click on the "Edit Details" button to the left and there will be a space below to input your twinks.

Lol that was essentially the only plus paladins had pre-wotlk, and especially pre-bc. And even then it wasn't even much of a plus, it's basically an ass saver. Not to mention the fact that for the longest time it increased your attack speed by 100% which made it total crap to even attempt to attack people while bubbled. Now, your damage gets nerfed substantially while you're in divine shield so it's still not as good as people think it is.



I mean sure if it's down to a paladin at 10% and another class that can't heal at 10% the paladin will probably win because he can bubble and burn them down, but in most cases bubbling meant just delaying the inevitable and that was getting killed anyway and then getting spammed with "lolret". As for bubbling at high levels, if there's a priest around that knows what he's doing (mass dispell) you can kiss your ass and your cd good bye. It's really not that imbalanced... Dropping HoF from it's already nerfed duration seems a little ridiculous though, especially for the duration they're now assigning it, coupled with eye for an eye down to 10%.
