New Level requirements for enchants

Hello , First post



After logging in and checking the nerfs , I notice that 100+ Health on chest is now a lvl 30 requirement. But when I look at the enchant on an enchanters list it says nothing in regards to what level you can use it at, I want to get a new enchant on chest now 100+ hp is now useless but I don't want to get mats together if I don't know at what levels I can use certain enchants .



Is there an online list somewhere ?

yeah- the +4 to stats still works, and for a DPS build, is more dangerous.



Maybe they are just trying to reign-in the HP stacking? But, if so, why leave the +150 Health to chest for the 29's?
