that's what hapen when a french takes the cheapest legg enchant 3 months ago when noone ever talked about enchants being usable in 5.4 at any ilvl, also i do it again with the scorched one when i want to, kthxbye

PS: i just updated the link with a Tail spike - PWC and a belt with a gem slot, since you guys seem amazed by this kind of thing
