100% drop chance, BoP from lvl 81 rare in vash`jir or w/e the place is lol. u need friends in high places and a bit of luck

It's a drop off: Burgy Blackheart - NPC - World of Warcraft - He doesn't hit very hard, was able to solo on a 81 ret pally. Only 50k-60k HP if I remember right, also based off the 2 times that I got the item Caulfield's statement is pretty close I waited ~12 hours. It's a 100% drop off the rare, what I did was fly the twink out there and leave him on the surface of the water using _NPCScan it wil pick him up from up there. Then I simply swam down w/ both characters and killed him.

Yeah. I had a lock summon, closest lock at the time was in Kelp forest, so from there I swam my twink to where it spawns, and its just hovering on the water's surface. Then I took my main down to where it spawns, and made the marco /tar burgo. Then I asked my mate if he has a toon with a seahorse doing nothing, he did so now his DK is there too. So I'm logging my main alot, and when I find, Ill get my mate to log his Dknight, then Ill swim my twink down.

That works! I had transferred my twink off to another account...but now w/ the BoA helm once my guild reaches level 20 I'll need to transfer it back again. ><

I swam there first time on my level 1 twink had to run 4 times from westfall to dun morogh as spirit to get over the fatigue >.> But I camped it 3 days, first day I waited like 5 hours and it was there i was just try get some high level on to help me but some random guy killed it infront of me :S second waited whole day there but nothing came and finally on third day waited 30 min for it and got my friend there to kill it. The area is kinda high populated.. well it was on my realm due to lots of questers there that time.

It was crazy at first but things have really seemed to have slowed in that area. I was fearing that this would happen though. >.> Grats on getting the item though! It's pretty unique.
