New enchant in 5.2

Enchant Weapon - Glorious Tyranny - Items - WowDB (PTR)

I think 80 healers and perhaps others will enjoy this more than Windsong. I'm not sure, but 475 resilience should be around 15% which is a lot.
400 PvP power should also be something like 15% I think. Perhaps new BiS for some classes.

(As far as I know, this is obtained from the Brawler Arena stuff, so you could just apply this enchant to a weapon and mail it, I guess.)

475 resil will only give around 4.5% at 85, still not bad, but idd much better at 80

if this goes live for 80s, the tiny shred of balance (the very very small bit) that was left will be gone, my paladin will have about 107% resilience if that's even possible. op shieeeet

If that goes live like it is, a dual wield frost DK could reach 107.6% resi (minus a bit for DRs) using maxed out resi gear and the elixir (with alchemist's bonus).

Looks like I might finally have a reason to start gathering PvP gear xD

okay was a little off for that estimation haha, just did a rough calc, my paladin which currently has 91.71% resil(with pot) would have roughly 100.93% (not exactly that but close to that)

Can't believe blizzard is so stupid that they won't put in a resil % cap for all levels though, like 80%

To buy this "Binds when picked up"-Enchant you need to be Level 90 with an Arena-Rating of 2200+
(And the enchant needs a weapon ilvl 372+, so you won't be able to send it to an alt.)

what's stopping you putting it on a BoE weapon and sending that to an alt? There's no mention of soulbounding. 80s have 372+ weapons too.

The Wowhead page shows it has a mats cost so it looks more likely that enchanters will be able to craft it

I think atm that it's best to wait for more clear information about it. There are still missing some things. (This enchant is melee-only etc.)

- Glorious Tyranny weapon enchant was modified to 400 PvP Power, 200 Resilience, and 50% disarm Duration.

That's 550 less resi Could any classes still reach 100%? Maybe enhancement shamans with 2x 2set bonuses and dual wield enchants?
