No one cares. This is Twinkinfo. It isn't like barb will seek justice for this crime seeing as he could be sent to jail for having commited a felony himself. Get over yourselves.
 
Yea let me know when charges are pending. Until then stop trying to be forum lawyers, that sh*t is too hilarious.
 
The casual disregard for inflicting harm and the law is disconcerting. I don't know why you are so against betterment of community members conduct. Both on WoW and other facets of their lives.

As I do not give legal advice for free this is not my opinion.
Recording a private conversation is illegal UNLESS it is in a public place and/or both parties have prior knowledge. Or if the recorded party is a public servant.
DDOS is illegal period. It falls under FCC guidelines. Which makes it a FEDERAL a crime.

If MORAN was to get in trouble for Recording a call, Barb would fall with him for admitting to the DDoSing.. Correct?
 
No. Nothing will happen. Barb won't report this. Nobody that was DDOSED will report Barb.

Anyone have insight on how cellular DDoS works?

This. These guys do this for the lulz. Barb knows he won't have to suffer any repercussions for his erm "cyber crimes", so why not continue to milk this charade.


Not that I'm an expert on the protocol of someone openly and blatantly admitting to "Ddoss'ing" someone, but I just don't think it makes the rounds.

"MYT" (the guild) has never been involved in DDosing and never will be. We have Barb's verbal claim that at some undisclosed period in the past someone whose character or btag name he can't even recall that recently xferred over to arthas asked how to resolve IPs. If there's some truth to it I'm sure the facts will come out - most likely by that person addressing it himself to clear the air. Until then can just knock off the biased slander against MYT - we have nothing to do with this whole mess. I've made my position on DDosing very clear. Just because I haven't jumped on the bandwagon on what to us is somewhat old news (partially because this forum is a toxic place in general, partially because I've been working a lot, and partially because I think DDosing needs to stop and then stop being a topic of discussion) doesn't mean my clear anti-DDosing position has changed.

He clearly said jamesb and hotshots. Jamesb is in your guild and I'm sure barb can provide screenshots that tie him to attempts at DDOS.

Jameb xferred to MYT about a week ago yes. His name wasn't JameB prior to that. I suspect the reason he was referred to as JamesB is because he was active in 24's etc beforehand with that name but it is not his btag name nor was it his character name until very recently. That's why your buddy Barb had trouble recalling what he "goes by".

Why don't you ask Barb yourself Rusks? It's well known you're his buddy and you are also about the only person I can find that's still btag friends with him. Interesting choice of friends there.

EDIT: While you're at it, go ahead and offer an explanation why you're frequently in Stormwind xp on room when people are wargaming and someone then gets booted shortly after.

Shouldn't throw stones if you live in glass houses. Especially when I live in a rock solid castle on this issue and can easily fire right back.
