oh well, it obviously has a fairly high drop rate from the harvest watchers because ive gotten 3 in about 10-20 mins

good find but not a new one lol this shield has been around for months sry to burst your bubble here but yeah i think there is a few other threads about this one =( thanks for posting this anyway too many ppl discover something and dont share it in fear of the item being hotfixed/ nerfed
