Hello, I'm thinking about reactivating my account and rerolling to the 39 bracket.

I'm considering either a Warlock or Balance Druid.



Any BiS armory links?
 
Balance druids were nerfed heavily in 4.0.6. Since we lack natures grasp and have had instant roots taken away (and have no slows) it is difficult to kite melee classes. Damage is also going to be nerfed further in 4.2 so i wouldn't bother. Roll an elemental shaman if you wan't roughly the same playstyle and want to be viable :D

atop of that, shamans in 4.2 will be able to glyph their lightning bolt. The glyph will make them able to run meanwhile they cast lightning bolt! This will GREATLY increase the mobility of a elemental shaman. So shaman is a very good choice :)
 
4% is spell hit cap.
 
A lot of people will get the Robe of Power and do Surefooted to foot. That will put you at 3.98% hit. Not hit capped but you'll miss once every 500 casts, no biggie.
 
Is Rum used often in this bracket? Could I get a list of buffs that are popular/frowned upon? I read that Free Action Potions are banned, but any others?

As for consumables, the only items that are "frowned upon" are FAPs and Speed Potions. You can freely use Swift Boots or Engineering boots, but speed pots are frowned upon.





Rum is used A LOT. If you don't use rum is looks kinda "bad" on your end. Mainly because it's so easy to get and not only that but cheap to get too. So please get rum :)

What are the current times for US pops? Are 39s qing every day? Also, which faction needs more players, or is it pretty even?
 
Pops happen every day(usually). Tues/Thursdays usually happen an hour later than normal.



Pops start at 9 PM EST.



Alliance needs more players. Usually it's pretty even on both sides but lately Horde has been having A LOT more people queing up than alliance. So if you want more pops, go alliance.
