New 19 Twink?

I was thinking of making a 19 twink w/o BoAs. Which class could be a good choice to roll (no hunter). Also could you make a chardev of the gear, please?

If you want to roll a twink without BoA you need a non caster overpowered class and you are set, like prot pally, ret pally... That kind of stuff

Well it could work, but gonna be hard if you dont have Shadowfangs and Heirlooms

feral druid or warrior would work.
