I was able to solo plaguefall on a TW geared bear during the anniversary event. You'll have to be somewhat familiar with your kit in order to pull it off, but it's not too hard.

I was wondering how necessary it is so get ooze for farming. I skipped the Shadowlands intro since i have played since SL but not since dragonlands... I read that it isnt lootable if i skip it, is that still true? I was also wondering how up to date the TWW compendium is? i am kinda lost in all of the numbers and am not sure what has changed since then!

It's good vers with a lot of haste (15 vers + 13 haste) as well, overall nearly double the amount of secondaries that you'd get on a normal staff. Don't know if it has a place in BiS conversation but I like it.

For Ooze it's by no means necessary. That sais depending on the class you play and future game changes maybe it will be. If you play only one char seriously, maybe get it just in case, it'll help anyways as long as it isn't fixed. Can't confirm the skip = unavailable part, haven't tried to get in since mid-DF but I've read the same thing as you.

yo I forgot about the reptile staff I might grind that one out when I get my ooze I got an appointment that I’m gonna be at until 11 today though

hey friend i just quested until the point where i unlocked maldraxxus then stopped, fly to plaguefall and went in, i believe you are going too far in the storyline

i still dont even have my ooze btw i switched to guardian spec it is letting me solo 10 times better

i can solo tbc dungeons in guardian without ooze

well last time i played pure f2p was mop, so everything has changed its like im playing for the first time again certain specs like gdruid can solo pretty good with like 5 or so TW pieces then you can get your gear from tbc dungeons i didnt even need an ooze

That sounds like fun.

I played a bit for a few weeks in early DF. Then a bit off and on for the last few expansions.
I played a lot of Classic Era until 2 years ago ish and I played a lot of retail during Shadowlands.


But nothing at all for over a year for like...first time since I started lol

it's funny cuz i usually play vets for the convenience so the grinding everything from scratch feels rewarding af, it's like runescapes ironman mode or something

From the gem vendor in thrallmar in hellfire peninsula they sell +1 gems for gold in str/agil/int. Yeah I couldn’t solo some dungeons in resto early on. When I specced to guardian it was literally 10 times better for soloing.
