Need people to queue with (Horde)

Just geared up a 49 priest, looking for people to queue with. Any tips on gear and BIS would be appreciated cause I can't find much info looking through these forums besides copying off of other people's armories. Play on Tich, if that matters at all.

Honestly not sure, I just had a 47 sitting around from free RAF levels and figured I might as well do something with it.
