need help

hey guys can anyone give me a hand with the silver embossed boots quest? the missive does not drop unless i do some quest so does anyone know the quest / other info thanks
 
These are the quests you have to do before the missive drops: Writings of the Void Threat from the Water Reason to Worry Swift Response Timely Arrival The Last Wave of Survivors The Boon of the Seas Buzzbox 413 No Accounting for Taste Buzzbox 723 A Cure In The Dark The Corruption's Source Bearer of Good Fortune A Troubling Prescription The Final Flame of Bashal'Aran Solace for the Highborne A Love Eternal A Lost Companion Twice Removed Unsavory Remedies Ritual Materials The Ritual Bond Spirit of the Stag (or one of the other 3 choicesZ) Grimclaw's Return An Ocean Not So Deep The Shatterspear Invaders Remnants of the Highborne Denying Manpower Shatterspear Laborers War Supplies On the Brink Strategic Strikes The Looting of Althalaxx - Quest - World of Warcraft The Front Line The Ancients' Ire - Quest - World of Warcraft Ending the Threat, and finally, Disturbing Connections. Remembrance of Auberdine is optional, but it rewards a nice dagger and a cute little tree pet :)

Wow, Nice.

Btw if you want withers but you're Horde Side, you can buy it off a apothecary in darkshore, just wowhead it, cost few silver that's it :D.
 
Lawl, thts not fair. Takes like 7 hours to do the quest chain to get withers, and all horde have 2 do is talk to some guy and buy it for 30 silver lawl
 
For me it seemed like 7 hours
