Try making the folder, then seeing if they get put there. You could also try Looking in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft

I just installed WoW on my new computer last week and it doesn't have a Screen shot folder. I took a manual SS but couldn't find it.

just make a folder called screenshots and it should work if you're using this addon.
