Need Help with 70 Subtlety Rogue PvP

Hey guys, my friend sold me his level 70 rogue because my account got banned, but I need help on learning how to pvp on it. From what I understand, there is pretty much Hemorrhage subtlety rogues and Backstab subtlety rogues. I think hemorrhage rogues use bigger slower weapons, and backstab use daggers but correct me if I'm wrong. This rogue has a set of fist weapons and a set of daggers, so knowing how to play both would be useful.

I've played 19 rogues, but I don't know all of these higher level rogue abilities and I'm sure its different priorities at level 70.

Looking at my spells I notice I have Cheapshot/Garrote/Ambush as my main openers. Some info on which openers work best during certain situations would be very helpful for me learning this rogue.

Judging by the name of the hemorrhage and backstab rogues, I'd say those are my main combo point builders, correct me If I'm wrong.

As finishers, The main ones it looks like I'll be using are Eviscerate/Kidney Shot/Rupture the most. Again, correct me if I'm wrong.

The rest is pretty much self explanitory to me, I would just like some experienced rogues to tell me what they use as their openers/combo point builder/finishers, and which poisons to use.

Thanks for all of your help, it is very much appreciated.

hit up the BGs and figure it out on your own, its impossible to demonstrate something as complex as a rogue with just words. heres my main hint though, every class, no matter what class it is, is soloable by a rogue. it all just takes time and patience.

vs other rogues do a 90 degree garrote during the sap then pop dance shadowstep ambush then vanish and theyre pretty much dead off the garrote dot if you're geared enough to rely on an ambush hitting for 9-10k

+ Rupture since they'll trinket Cheap Shot.

But why post this on a beginner rogue question thread, took 2 hours in-game to teach this to another 2.8 rogue, he won't learn it from writing.

Some people learn faster than others. Besides, what Razzers just explained is easy to understand, atleast for me. You don't have to be a freaking rocket scientist.

Ok and finally.

and all this from a paladin. what. up.

Edit: Another nice little thing which is pretty much common sense. Blind (unless trinketed will put them out of combat) -> Stealth/Vanish -> Sap
