Need Help with 39 Lock

I have this 35 Warlock sitting on thrall with engineering and low mining so i figured i could use it as a 39 twink to see if i liked the bracket.

I want to know what the best spec for locks is at 39 (If its demonology thats not unusual) and if there is a good person to guide my gear off of that would be awesome too.

You really want to get the BoA staff. The drop off is huge.
