on topic, 2 guys from my guild did some testing with double SF and SF/BoA mace /w pyrium:
Double SF should have been best for burst, but overall SF + BoA mace with weapon chain has the highest damage, I hope this helps you

I switch to the expertise one against another rogue only. You lose too much burst with using it. Pwc is better because of 17 percent miss chance and can be from both front an back. Expertise is about 2 percent assuming ur using foremans against healers. 9 strength gives 1 topend for 90 hp. I use 9 strength against efc at stacks. I use 9 stam in games were horde healers are shitty.

It's 0.05% against healers. Base dodge is 3% now.
