Need help making a 24

Prot set merely means using a 1h and shield instead of 2h.

It doesn't merely mean that at all. Personally, my prot set will have stam/armor heavy gear and use dual agms. My arms set will be more focused on strength and crit. Not sure how I will balance arms stats yet. I need an in game feel to decide.

No point in going prot dps if you're not doing dps, lol.

Not sure where I mentioned anything about prot dps. I appreciate the info though.

Also, if anyone knows of a prot warrior with BiS stamina/armor gear please link their armory if you would.

id def consider making a ret if you prefer something not fotm but strong. ret as 24 can be actually extremely good right now in 5.4 im making one right now after getting shit on by one or two geared 24 rets now and again cuz its underrated for sure. its better than prot warr for solo play imo, because of the healing aspect and u can 1v1 all or most classes/24 rogues who engage you. that is if you did choose to go pally instead of warr tho. anyway best of luck choosing

I seen a stam stacked and BiS geared Warrior Horde tank other day. Raghar with an accent over the 2nd A. cant remember name of server though. He was 4900+ HP. Most ive seen as of yet on any tank spec. His server name started with an R.....I'd have to look at server list to get it.

I'm confused about inscriptions. Let's say I am inscription on a lvl 90. If I inscript a set of heirloom shoulders with one of those inscriptions that requires you to actually have inscription to use it, then send it to my 24 who doesn't have inscription, will that inscription still work once I equip it on my 24?

Also that warrior you can't remember most likely had PW: Fortitude.

. Of course the tank had Fort. But still had BiS gear. Both agms. Both gnomer stam rings. stam on cloak, etc. Best chant on shoulders would be Greater Inscription of the Gladiator - Item - World of Warcraft or http://www.wowhead.com/spell=126994 or maybe one of Scryers/'Aldors chants.

But do those inscription only inscriptions work after you send them to another toon? No one has commented.

I do not think anyone has been able to confirm or even test it;

Or they're being smart and keeping it to themselves, either way, it's unclear atm.

From what I have seen they do not work. I tried with inscription and tailoring. They work in a sense but as soon as you mail them to your twink, the enchant goes red and says you need tailoring of inscription skill of 400 or whatever.

20 Shaman-Perplex, 20 Hunter-Zomax, 20 Mage-Glissade, 20 Warlock-Octopusy

Alright thanks for the comments Glissade.

And Styler about that Raghar warrior dude, I'm sure he's just wearing what I'm wearing basically. I had 4.7k health with PW Fort last night so I'm pretty sure I could stretch that to 4.9k. Off the top if my head I could stack an extra 13 stamina minimum which would basically put me right around where he's at.
