do you have proof this is how the 110/111 mob scaling works with that 9% experience number?110 is more optimal if you can get the gear. 111 is easier to gear but limits you from being able to boost 100-110 efficiently, there for you put yourself out of the 100-110 market. if all you wanna do is FH then 111 is the way to go.
if you do lock xp at 111 make sure that you are not more than 9% xp. If you are not over 10% xp the mobs stay at 110 if you are at more than 10%xp mobs scale to 111.
honestly it never clicked for me on my dh why most mobs are still 110 to me. woudnt a level advantage over mobs help burn them down faster during a carry?how is 111 less efficient for boosting?It is indeed 10% into 111 mobs will still scale to 110.
