need gearing advice

Hey guys, I just recently got my warrior 70 and all, its fun but I havn't been able to find anybody on my realm that wants to do BC raids so I need some help finding at least a new trinket/ring until I can find some people to raid, since mine are bad.



Also, what professions should I get. I know engineering has some good stuff but I don't really know whats best.

Yes, I know there is better gear out there than Brutal and I know that people think 70 warriors suck, I still need advice. I also know that I need better gems and an arcanum.

Okay well you know about your gems, expect someone to pop up and tell you to gtfo etc...but I`ll be constructive.



As warrior if you are going to be doing BG`s without a pocket healer I recommend you try to get at least 450 resilience. My warrior was getting murdered very quickly with 14.2k health and at least 450 res. I would consider that a minimum.



Head: Shattered Sun Offensive Revered - Arcanum of the Gladiator



Chest: I`d go for 20 resilience if you have trouble getting at least 450 res, without gemming for it.



Wrist: Don`t forget to enchant, 40 Stamina or 50 AP if you feel you have enough survivability.



Feet: You need runspeed on boots so get Tuskarr's Vitality. If you aren`t hitcapped by taking this then throw a 10 hit/10 str gem in an appropriate socket.



Ring: For your other ring slot there are a few choices. A nice easy one to get would be Executioner's Band from an Utgarde Keep dungeon quest.



Trinket: For your other trinket slot there are a number of ones you can get. If you are going engineering there are several choices. Until then another easy one to get without raiding would be Bloodlust Brooch. This and the ring are FAR from the best you can get, I have chosen them simply because they are easy to get. For your other trinket slot you can now get the blue 20 res PvP trinket, so that should help too.



Gems: Depending on what meta you go for, generally go all strength. I like to throw a few crit gems in yellow sockets as I like a heavy crit build. It`s down to personal choice.



Professions: Engineering for one definitely. The other I would go Blacksmithing for the extra two sockets for choice for different builds. You can also go JC, this will give you an extra few stats overall.
