Need core of earth and globe of water for Gadzetzan teleporter

f2p lv 20 here. wowhead information on where to get this seem really out of date. zones changed, some elementals that should have a chance to drop this, dont seem to be present anymore.

and droprate is so low, that after killing several hundred desert rumblers in sithilus for example, i havent gotten a single core of earth, 4 are needed.

do these items still exists? maybe better chances in dungeon?
this teleporter is even more important now since cavern of times portal no longer is available for some reason.

I found them in Maraudon. Globe of Water from Noxxion and Core of Earth from the rock elementals near Princess Theradras
I think Core of Earth still drops from the Rock Elementals in Blasted Lands also
