Enhancement currently gets 8 expertise from spec, and the neck + ring to make up the difference. I doubt it'll be that much of an issue, since hunters currently have the lowest available combined hit and expertise caps, followed by rogues and paladins.
The meta gem is extra useful for hunters, as I mentioned above, crit cap means the bonus is nearly always in effect.
I've noticed a couple of errors in my chardev, as I had used a 288 chest before (no clue how, but never the less), which cannot be enchanted with peerless stats.
If we make a brief comparison of my updated set with yours (remember, you're draenei, so you get around 31 extra hit rating, which blood elves (the race I used) don't.

Stats:
7772 AP (3338 Agi), 76.91% crit (1759 rating), 19.82% haste (573 rating), 15.15 mastery (328 rating). Stamina doesn't do much at all unfortunately, as we have plenty of health (mail has more stamina than almost all icc gear).
I also have exactly 8% hit, at 246 rating.
If we compare that to your own chardev, where I have made one single modification, which is removing inscription (I only ever include alchemy, as the profession is a basic requirement for access to the trinket), and replacing it with Greater Inscription of the Axe.

You have (as MM)
7491 AP (3210 Agi), 67.66% crit (1405 rating), 16.43% haste (464 rating), 30.83 mastery (1048 rating), in addition to 224 hit rating, for 0.28% overcap (Draenei hitcap is 246-31=215 rating).
If we just take secondary stats and total them up, we get this:
My set: 1759 + 573 + 328 + 246 = 2906 secondary stat from gear, in addition to 3338 agility.
Yours: 1405 + 464 + 1048 + 224 (+31 from draenei racial) = 3141 secondary (3172 with racial) and 3210 agility.
The difference is 235 secondary stats vs 128 agility. It's close, I'll admit, but considering the meta gem and 2set (5% chance on auto-shots for 15% pet/player damage increase for 10sec) and 4set (5% chance on SS/WvS damage to gain 20% increased AP), I think the trade is worthwhile.
But again, not by much. Agility isn't all it's cracked up to be, especially since secondary stats are extremely powerful at level 80.
