need BiS gear for 19 alliance rogue, no BoA and no grandfathered items

My friend wants to create a 19 alliance rogue twink. but he has a fairly new account and has no boa or grandfathered items.



just wondering wat the BiS items are without BoA's. he is pretty decently funded

Impish blade is the best dagger for horde, it plus defiate belt and Spidersilk Drape will have you hit capped. Everything else you need has been posted.

keeshan's dagger is pretty close, though, and the quest line is pretty fun. starts in redridge town hall.

alternatively, use skeletal club x2, or as curley said, cruel barb/thief's blade is still decent. the usual enchants.



also, if you don't get keeshan's dagger, there is a bow with 1 hit from the same quest that may help you itemize differently to get to hit cap. however, everyone on this forum will shit on you for using a bow.

Yea, I would argue, that this is the best dagger, if you are hitcapped already.
