Swap Chest with BoA one and Bracers with SM GY Q item. Isn't to hard to find that out, right?
 
Medio you do not require to be hit capped and have DMH. Try and get that amount of spell power being hit capped, I dare ya. And I am pretty sure like most 29s that have been twinking for years, Mialo has multiple gear sets. You are just trying to be critical and failing badly.

well obv if it was that easy for him he wouldnt be asking for an armory, people dont want armories so they can go "ohh purty" they want them to see what gear they can get



and also maybe he doesnt have access to boa atm? your shoulders are alos gf'd.. and there are no cloth bracers from sm gy

You should be hit capped for offensive dispells.

you're right. eu has way more activity and therefore much more knowledge about 29s than us does
 
If you are going to give someone a BiS armory, chardev, or whatever shouldn't it be BiS (or at least very close)? I can understand not having DMH, but seriously, ya need to be hit capped.
 
You need to be hit capped for dispels, SW:p dots on stealth classes and for fears as well. If you aren't it will completely take away any fluidity you had. Dispel is your most effective ability. Its what makes the priest class so OP. And its not limited to offensive dispels. Defensive dispels can miss too..

This is the set I logged out with some months ago after some Gnomeregan runs. Obviously, I needed less Hit there. As stated before, it's indeed needed to be Hitcapped as Disco Priest and it's my bad I didn't look very thorough into it. Altho, what I meant, was: "Look at my guide. Written for new 29 Priests." It's still up to date as we speak.

Hit capped is great as long as it is not detrimental to your damage output. Therefore there is no "need" to be hitcapped. Misguided players always go for hit rating over everything else, and that is wrong.

I'll go so far as to say my twink is probably as old as your main. You guys may have more activity now, but where were you all when patch 3.2 hit because I'll tell you my American friend that if you take a look back through these boards it was not that long ago the shoe was on the other foot.

This could be applied to all classes, again too much emphasis on hit rating won't help when your damage output is disregarded for it. A fine balance of base stats with hit, crit and haste on top is what is required. I'll take a larger amount of damage output over being hit capped every time.
