Necrology Robe

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question here, but I just need to know!

So, yesterday I went to SFK again to grind some lewts when I stumbled upon this: Necrology Robes - Item - World of Warcraft

My question is; is this item viable for this bracket, or is it just another useless zonedrop from SFK?

So for pure Glasscannon Caster dps Necrology Robes - Item - World of Warcraft is Bis?.

The cloth chest from deadmines scales the same (9 int 6 stam) so it doesnt have much use in that sense. Even then I would prefer the 8 int 6 stam 4 crit chest from SFK.
