Since all weapons will scale to ilevel 24, it really doesn't matter if the white weapon is level 1 or level 19 since they will all scale to the same ilevel

Also Sunstrider Axe - Item - World of Warcraft (GFed) may be worth banning since nothing comes close to that weapon speed

i believe it's no armor at all. Not even vendor gear but there is a class of gear called miscellaneous that has gear with no armor.

not sure what the rules for shields are going to be.

Rules of the premade:

1. Vanity items are allowed as long as they give NO stats whatsoever.
2. Everyone must buy a level 1 vendor weapon, No enchants
3. No weapon swapping
4. No druid FC's, with the lack of mobility from other classes (Losing minor speed, 10% to back etc) it would be too unbalanced. Druids can still be used as DPS or heals.
5. You can purchase the Blue insignia from the PVP vendor

monks are not able to purchase a blue pvp trinket from the honor vendor so are they not aloud to use trinkets?

I would say use the starter zone weapons. This works for every class/spec, except for anything that uses a shield. In that case, make sure everyone had the same low level vendor shield? Idk I'm not at home, so I can't look into weapon damage yet, also no clue how stuff scales, I will be testing when I get home at three p.m.today.
