the one with 11/6/5 is lvl18 but having ilvl27 .. the ilvl23 are the new lower ones .. the ilvl27 are the hard to find gf pieces
a blue ilvl25 Recruit's Endgame of the Adaptable has the exact same stat as this ilvl27 offhand .. found in the bg winning crates, it will be hard to get, depends on your luck

Wrong.
There is NO ilvl 27 mystics sphere for lvl 19. the highest is Mystics Sphere
and its 10/5/5 ilvl 23 and req lvl 18 and its GF
The new one non gf mystics sphere is ilvl 18 its 8/4/4 and req lvl 15.
Also the Recruit's Endgame of the Adaptable im pretty sure they can only be 10/5/ (4) never ever seen one with 5 versa atleast.

Like Klicka said its just an armory bug that bumps offhand stats up. Its not even unique to Mystic's sphere, it happens to the Buccaneer's orb my priest has as well. It definately doesn't actually have 11 int when I log in https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/anubarak/abtou

you are right .. there is no ilvl27 for lvl 19, because the super rare ilvl27 is only on lvl18 .. is there a lvl19 Mystics Sphere in the first place ?
adaptable when its blue proc .. is a 5 versa .. a proc can be 4 versa and it can be 5 versa .. if you are lucky you get the 4, if you are epic lucky you get the 5 .. if you have never personally seen one, it does not mean it doesnt exist .. look at all other winning bg crates pieces .. green or blue doesnt matter .. you will find that some item, having the exact same name but the secondary stat adds up to 4, while others add up to 5 .. i hope you understand what i am saying

and the lvl 18 gf version is ilvl 23 NOT 27.....
there was a post here on XPoff a few months back about the adaptable offhand and if i recall right no one had ever seen one with 5 versa aswell. but if you have one feel free to link it.
