I presume that he's inferring it could be an "old drop" that was GM-restore-scaled or somehow similarly exploited... but that seems like an unreasonable "standard of proof".

This is the first 19-scaled BVB we've seen, the circumstances sound legit, and it has more than enough "corroborating evidence" in my opinion. Amazing!

Potentially it could be a scaled version from the bank.
