Stuff i would fix on this lock.

T6 boots
T6 Wrist
Sin dorei staff
or Grand magister's staff (wich would also solve ur hit cap problem)
Belt of blasting or waist from Lurker wich would be good because then u can choose the sin dorei staff so ur not using to much hit
Glyph of immolate is debateable i would use Chaos bolt glyph
i wouldnt play destro i would have played demo
i would have used more resilience

my choices are all debateable aswell it depends alot about what ur doing in the game if its 2s 3s RBG or BG or w/e...

also get tazik and secondary proffesion
