Its impossible to get 800 resi. even with full pvp gear and stacking resil gems+chants (With JC).

Siggh ur lucky im so friendly & helpfull. I have 757 resi, or I did, add 44 from boa trinket, 42 from JC, 20ish from sunwell staff, 20 from switching my int/stam gem, and there are some more minor changes that can be made 900 is possible. But going beyond my resi isn't beneficial anymore, I have pretty much BiS except for my legs who could be a couple ilevels better.

I am almost 100% certain he used a translator for those languages, or at least the french. This is because "you" in french is either "tu" or "vous". "Vous" is very polite and likely the translation you would get from a online translator. If he really was fluent in french he would have written "tu" as it is imformal and the correct pronoun to use on a twink forum when circlejerking others anonymously.
